FMCG Moment

TradeFlow is a full-stack business management platform built specifically for import & export companies. It centralizes the entire commercial workflow from managing clients and suppliers to creating offers, closing deals, and communicating with stakeholders all in one system.

The platform serves three types of users: sales managers, purchasing managers, and admins each with their own role-based access and dedicated workflow.

What was built:

• A complete client and supplier management system with detailed profiles, activity tracking, and relationship history
• An offer creation and deal management flow offers are generated inside the platform and shared directly to WhatsApp and email with one click
• A real-time dashboard giving admins full visibility over team performance, client activity, supplier status, and deal progress
• Full user management with profile pictures, password control, and role-based permissions
• A PWA version that works as a native mobile app installed directly on team members' phones for on-the-go access
